Overview

Lead Data Analyst for Data Operations within a private markets data operations team. You will support dataset collection, analysis, maintenance, and data quality initiatives.

What you'll do

• Collect and verify extensive market participant data using public sources to ensure coverage.
• Oversee data cleansing processes to maintain accuracy and dataset consistency.
• Produce in-depth reporting and trend analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Lead automation initiatives for data collection and reporting using SQL and Lean methodologies.
• Apply advanced analytical tools, including GenAI, for exploratory data analysis.
• Maintain documentation of data collection processes and compliance.

What you'll need

• Prefer 1–2+ years of experience in data projects including validation and cleansing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Essential familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• In-depth understanding of compliance in data collection and reporting.
• Exposure to Lean principles or automation tools is essential.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex data insights.
