Intern - Sales Operations Analyst

Overview

Intern - Sales Operations Analyst to connect business goals with data-driven insights. You’ll analyze sales, customer, and market performance and turn findings into dashboards, reports, and recommendations.

What you'll do

• Analyze sales, customer, market, and operational data to find trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Excel and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Support sales operations for pipeline tracking, revenue analysis, forecast support, account performance, and business planning.
• Evaluate customer acquisition, campaign outcomes, and market performance with sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare business review materials, performance summaries, presentations, and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate to improve processes, reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational workflows.
• Assist with CRM analysis, sales funnel review, customer segmentation, and opportunity tracking.

What you'll need

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Analytics, General Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in business analysis and sales operations/revenue analytics/market analytics/business development/strategy roles.
• Good analytical skills to work with structured business data and explain findings clearly.
• Working knowledge of Excel is essential.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, CRM systems, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented approach focused on data accuracy, reporting discipline, and process improvement.
