Overview

Lead Deployment Architect - AI is the technical authority for strategic accounts within Celonis delivery, shaping how solutions are designed, architected, and delivered across a portfolio of engagements.

What you'll do

• Set architectural standards and define end-to-end solution strategies for complex enterprise deployments.
• Design technical blueprints for how the Celonis platform integrates with customer systems and data strategies.
• Direct AI deployment agents by defining agent workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates at scale.
• Conduct design reviews, ensuring delivery teams follow architectural standards and solution quality/outcome delivery.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into platform strategies and success metrics.
• Bridge pre-sales and post-sales by ensuring what was promised can be delivered, often shaping the promise itself.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership in enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
• At least 3 years in a senior/lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations.
• Proven ability to design complex multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
• Expert knowledge of the Celonis platform, including Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules.
• Working knowledge of Python to push the platform’s boundaries.
• Fluency in English and German required.
