Lead Deployment Architect

Overview

Lead Deployment Architect responsible for technical authority for strategic accounts in Celonis delivery. Owns solution architecture standards, end-to-end design strategies, and effective deployment of AI-augmented and agentic workflows at scale.

What you'll do

• Set architectural standards and define end-to-end solution strategies across strategic customer engagements.
• Design technical blueprints for how the Celonis platform integrates with customer systems and data strategies.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure delivery teams follow architectural standards.
• Define how AI deployment agents (Apollo) should be orchestrated for complex, multi-workstream engagements.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers and translate business challenges into platform strategies and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers to implement complex and early-stage use cases and maintain production readiness.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership in enterprise software/consulting/system integration.
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, and AI modules.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Ability to define AI-augmented delivery workflows using frontier tooling and to handle context engineering/multi-agent system design or AI validation at scale.
• Fluency in English and German required.
