Overview

Lead Deployment Engineer to lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, using AI-augmented workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Run business discovery workshops to translate objectives into Celonis use cases.
• Ensure data connectivity and configure extraction pipelines.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards and validate outputs.
• Build and configure platform solutions including process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
• Enable customer users through rollout, adoption, handover, training, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform (data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, automation).
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and ability to write clear specifications.
• Strong domain/process expertise and knowledge of enterprise financial metrics.
• Fluency in English required and willingness to travel up to 50%.
