Lead Design Engineer

Overview

NXP India Pvt. Ltd. in Noida is seeking an RTL Design engineer to contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor technology development in a dynamic R&D environment.

What you'll do

• Assist team members in various stages of the semiconductor design and verification process, including but not limited to circuit design, layout, simulation, and validation.
• Contribute to the documentation of design specifications, test reports, and technical procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and scripts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and having 5+ years of relevant industry experience in RTL design, SoC Integration, CDC/RDC analysis.
• Strong foundational knowledge in digital electronics, analog circuits, semiconductor physics, or computer architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C/C++, Python, or Verilog/VHDL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics).
