Lead Digital Product Manager

Overview

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to lead digital product planning, strategy, and delivery across enterprise initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.
• Participate in large-scale planning for digital products or initiatives.
• Review and analyze digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas.
• Influence digital strategy for the business line with consideration of multiple factors.
• Make decisions related to digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas.
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of digital product management experience (or equivalent via experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Experience sufficient to support decisions for product/functionality/experience strategy.
• Ability to understand business, policies, procedures, and/or compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to lead a team of digital professionals.
