Lead Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development and implementation of automated test scripts for Carrier's enterprise business systems, with a focus on Worksoft test automation for S/4 HANA, Salesforce.com and ServiceMax.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test scripts using Worksoft for S/4 HANA, Salesforce.com, and ServiceMax.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Oversee the execution of automated tests, analyze results, and report defects and issues.
• Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices and tools.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new automation tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation.
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent's competences and experience.
• Coordinate, configure, develop, test and deploy new and existing ERP business systems and databases.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions.
• Coordinate trainings on systems for relevant end users.
• Coordinate sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.

What you'll need

• Advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
• University degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools in the area of SAP testing.
