Lead Engineer ELV - "High-rise & Complex Buildings" - Chennai & Noida

Overview

Lead ELV (ICT/AV & Security) engineering role delivering ELV systems design and coordination for large, complex buildings along with global engineering team interface.

What you'll do

• Interface with the ELV team to develop building user experience/interface and technology overlay.
• Design ICT, Security, and Audio-Visual systems with control systems for large-scale facilities.
• Produce and coordinate Electrical/ELV system design and documentation, including ACS, CCTV, and physical security systems.
• Coordinate MEP services and ELV systems, including BMS system working knowledge for UK/European projects (mandatory).
• Prepare ELV and BMS mark-ups and coordinate with other disciplines and technicians for modeling/production work.
• Support MEP coordination and collaborate with local authority guidelines and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of experience on UK/European projects.
• Total experience of 12 to 15 years (overall).
• Ability to create and modify Revit Families.
• Good knowledge of RCP coordination.
• Experience with tools/software including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, Ekahau, Ease, and VideoCAD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Strong international ELV standards knowledge (BICSI, ANSI, TIA and other global standards).
