Lead Engineer - Full Stack (AI)

Overview

Lead Engineer - Full Stack (AI) will own end-to-end development and technical success for one or more product modules.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end development and technical success for product modules.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable SaaS applications using .NET/C# and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Own the full software lifecycle from design to deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Use AI-assisted development tools throughout design, implementation, debugging, testing, and reviews.
• Build reusable engineering assets such as prompts, workflows, templates, and automation.

What you'll need

• 8+ years designing and building enterprise-scale SaaS applications with Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years building highly available, massively scalable distributed cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills to own complex technical problems.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) in production.
• Strong judgment to review AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
