Lead Engineer - Integrations

Overview

Lead Engineer responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining integration solutions across Thomson Reuters products, with emphasis on customer-facing API and SSO integrations.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between client systems and Thomson Reuters products.
• Support customers through end-to-end API implementation and ongoing technical assistance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for APIs, integrations, and SSO implementations.
• Communicate with stakeholders on features, enhancements, changes, defects, and technical updates.
• Partner with internal teams to gather, assess, and prioritize customer feedback for product improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, API usage, and customer support practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in a systems/integration/API or similar technical, customer-facing role.
• Proven experience supporting customers with API implementations and ongoing API technical support.
• Good understanding of SSO concepts and implementation approaches.
• 6+ years of software development experience with Java and Angular on AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• 1+ years of experience working with AI technologies.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and XSD.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or TFS.

Details

• Work model described as hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office (role-dependent).
• Location provided as Bangalore, Karnataka, India / Bengaluru, Karnataka.
