Lead - Field Engagement Operations Support

Overview

Lead Field Engagement Operations Support drives commercial excellence by optimizing customer engagement strategies and delivering educational programming for Sanofi brands and indications.

What you'll do

• Design, execute, and continuously improve field-based educational programs.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships and provide strategic insights to brand marketing, TLLs, medical, and field sales.
• Lead business review presentations and dashboard processes covering progress, trends, risks, and utilization.
• Coordinate annual speaker contract onboarding and Veeva events go-live processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Commercial/Medical Events systems and company policies.
• Develop business analytics and reporting environments to support decision-making and dashboards.

What you'll need

• 10+ years progressive experience in commercial/sales/marketing operations in pharma/biotech or equivalent.
• Demonstrated business data analytics experience using complex, multi-source data sets.
• Operational excellence to deliver quality results consistently.
• Ability to optimize processes and drive efficiencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) plus Salesforce.com/Veeva and reporting platforms such as Power BI/QlikSense.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements including Sunshine Act/transparency reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
