Global Data & Analytics Analyst

Overview

Global Data & Analytics Analyst to build and maintain Power BI dashboards, manage and validate data, and support reporting and automation for Global Business Services stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Create KPI dashboards and performance reporting for GBS stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, manage, validate, and analyze data from business sources.
• Validate report inputs and outputs to support accurate and consistent reporting.
• Support reporting and process-automation solutions using Power Platform and related tools.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting, data, dashboard, and automation requirements.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, MIS, or automation.
• Hands-on experience using Power BI to build dashboards and reports.
• Working knowledge of data management, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with at least one or two adjacent tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, advanced Excel, or Excel macros/VBA).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related).
• Good written and spoken English for stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R and exposure to advanced analytics.
• Experience with SQL or querying structured data sources.
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting automation solutions, SharePoint administration, or workflow improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement knowledge or certification.
• Relevant Power BI, Power Platform, analytics, or data certification.
