Lead HRBP

Overview

Lead HR Business Partner supporting a client group of leaders, managers and employees on organizational and employee matters, coaching, HR process expertise and general HR activities, acting as HR Manager of record for the client group.

What you'll do

• Provide HR support to client group leaders, managers and employees on organizational and employee matters.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs and HR processes as a first point of contact.
• Develop in-depth understanding of key business drivers and how the work of your own team integrates with other teams.
• Execute functional HR policy and strategy using prior experience and expertise.
• Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination of services rendered.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information in straightforward situations.
• Impact projects, processes and procedures in your field, using professional judgment and analytic thinking to solve problems.

What you'll need

• MBA/PGDM in HR.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing background.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to support operational HR matters as well as drive significant site-level actions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
