Overview
Lead Implementation Engineer responsible for end-to-end deployment, integration, and customer adoption of Qualys Enterprise Cybersecurity solutions in enterprise environments.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Qualys cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers.
- Act as the primary technical owner across the full customer implementation lifecycle.
- Configure, deploy, validate, optimize, and troubleshoot complex product deployments.
- Design and implement integrations with customer infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity providers, and security technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, OS, authentication, APIs, cloud, and integrations.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into implementation strategies and plans.
- Develop automation/deployment workflows using APIs and scripting.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience implementing enterprise cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Leading enterprise implementations from technical discovery through production deployment.
- Customer-facing experience with enterprise IT and Security organizations.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise platforms using REST APIs.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
