Lead Integration Engineer

Overview

Lead the design and implementation of secure, reusable integrations that connect AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, instruments, and business workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead integration of production-grade AI solutions into software and infrastructure environments.
• Define scalable API, event-driven, and data integration architectures.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, connectors, MCP integrations, and AI-accessible services.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, platform, data, security, and application teams.
• Establish integration standards, governance practices, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, software engineering, middleware development, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in API design, RESTful services, event-driven architectures, microservices, API gateways, and authentication.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, or Microsoft technologies.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience architecting and deploying solutions on Azure or AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience building integrations for generative AI applications, AI agents, Copilot solutions, LLM applications, RAG architectures, or MCP integrations.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of CRM, supply chain, customer service, commercial operations, ERP, order management, or service management systems.
