Overview
Lead and manage landscape design and public realm projects across the Middle East, with end-to-end responsibility for design and delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead landscape design and public realm projects and work packages.
- Design, manage, and deliver multi-disciplinary urban development projects.
- Liaise with clients and technical/non-technical stakeholders to support outcomes.
- Draft technical reports and contractual documents with minimal guidance.
- Advise senior leadership on issues affecting efficient project completion.
- Ensure team alignment to design standards, codes, and compliances in ME countries.
What you'll need
- Minimum 12+ years of experience leading landscape/public realm projects in the Middle East with complete design and delivery ownership.
- Must have experience delivering landscape design/public realm projects for 12–15 years in public or private realm.
- Must be familiar with design, tender, and construction processes.
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture is required (Bachelor’s considered with relevant experience).
- Preferred: Rhino and InDesign experience.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe CS5, MS Office, SketchUp, and Google Pro.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
