Lead Product Manager

Overview

Lead Product Manager responsible for complex product initiatives, including planning, market analysis, delivery, and risk oversight.

What you'll do

• Lead complex initiatives such as establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements.
• Conduct market research and analyze market results for major products and services.
• Review and analyze complex major product lines and services.
• Implement change delivery solutions for portfolio technology process work.
• Make decisions in complex situations involving global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to resolve issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience (or equivalent).
• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis is required (5+ years).
• Knowledge of banking regulatory, risk, and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting platform modernization, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
