Lead Product Manager

Overview

Lead Product Manager owns product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for complex, cross-functional products. The role drives product plans through the lifecycle using data to prioritize, align dependencies, and improve user value.

What you'll do

• Own the success of a product or suite of products across the product lifecycle.
• Define and deliver quarterly product roadmaps with high-level milestones.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and make product-related decisions.
• Define long-term product plans and OKRs, and obtain business buy-in.
• Lead journey-mapping conversations across domains to clarify product separation and workflows.
• Use data from multiple sources to align timing for cross-domain dependencies and expected value.
• Own product success metrics and analytics, partnering with engineering on tracking/monitoring.

What you'll need

• 7 years of experience in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
• Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
• CSPO Certification.
• Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources.
