Lead - Reporting Specialist

Overview

Lead Reporting Specialist role focused on accurate, timely financial reporting during the SAP S/4HANA transformation and dual-run period.

What you'll do

• Support execution of SAP S/4HANA Dual Run with accurate financial reporting across legacy and S/4.
• Compare and reconcile financial results between existing systems and S/4, resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with global S/4 programme teams and finance groups for deployment support and issue resolution.
• Validate end-to-end finance processes, reporting outputs, master data, and controls for go-live readiness.
• Support UAT, defect management, and process validation across deployment phases.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant reporting and effective internal controls throughout transformation.

What you'll need

• 5 to 9 years of experience in financial reporting or audit.
• Degree or professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Communicative written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
