Lead Security Engineer - Penetration Testing & AI Security

Overview

Lead Security Engineer focused on Application Security and AI Security, with primary ownership of security reviews, assessments, secure SDLC improvements, and vulnerability management across products.

What you'll do

• Lead security reviews, threat modeling, and application assessments.
• Improve secure SDLC practices across HighLevel’s products.
• Run vulnerability management for HighLevel products.
• Assess and adversarially test LLM applications.
• Assess and adversarially test AI agents, RAG implementations, and AI integrations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and AI/ML teams.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Strong expertise in securing modern applications.
• Strong expertise in securing APIs.
• Strong expertise in securing cloud-native services.
• Strong expertise in securing AI-enabled systems.
