Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining software products with full stack ownership and code quality focus.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
• Write production-ready, testable code with full stack ownership.
• Create designs following architectural best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and incorporate feedback to meet standards.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
• Prioritize and size tasks for incremental delivery and communicate blockers early.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of experience.
• Spring Boot developer responsibilities and experience.
• Experience with unit and integration tests, including JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
• Knowledge of design patterns and tools including GIT, Swagger, PCF, and Rabbit MQ.
