Lead Software Engineer/Architect- ServiceNow

Overview

ServiceNow Platform Owner/Lead Software Engineer/Architect responsible for end-to-end design leadership and architecture governance across automation, integration, and platform engineering.

What you'll do

• Develop a long-term architectural roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Set architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for scalable delivery.
• Design enterprise-grade ServiceNow automations, workflows, and platform ownership.
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud, data, and application platforms via scalable API and event-driven designs.
• Drive secure, resilient, high-performing engineering practices, including DevOps/CI/CD maturity and observability.
• Embed performance, security, and reliability requirements into designs and oversee release/change/incident processes.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies to strengthen the digital ecosystem.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow, cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Broad knowledge across frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-impact platform solutions.
