Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software using C#, C++, Angular, .NET, and Web APIs.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Build responsive front-end applications with Angular and related front-end technologies.
• Design and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Apply best practices across the SDLC, including unit testing and CI/CD, within Agile/Scrum.
• Conduct and/or peer review code and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior developers through listening and pair programming.
• Address security concerns throughout the SDLC, including vulnerability scanning and remediation.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with C#, C++, Angular, .NET, and Web API development.
• Strong Angular experience, preferably Angular 16 or higher.
• Experience developing RESTful Web APIs and backend services using C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework or equivalent ORM).
• Version control experience, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices including design patterns, SOLID, unit testing, API testing, code reviews, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data access patterns/ORM frameworks for .NET applications.
