Senior Technical Consultant for AI-powered process automation, acting as an individual contributor focused on hands-on engineering and system design.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain scalable platform architecture with standards and tools for high performance and resilience.
- Implement and test enterprise integrations using SQL views, stored procedures, and high-concurrency REST/SOAP APIs.
- Diagnose system-level performance bottlenecks across memory, CPU constraints, and network latency.
- Profile and analyze database execution plans, system logs, and Locust load test outputs to isolate root causes.
- Apply DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and clean coding standards to support CI/CD alignment.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems/Mathematics.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise web application development, delivery, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying enterprise software in an agile environment.
- Deep expertise in Python and SQL, plus working knowledge of JavaScript or Java.
- Experience designing relational data models (SQL Server/Oracle/MariaDB), custom APIs, and middleware/ESB orchestration layers.
- Practical experience with web application infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, Selenium, and performance/load testing.
