Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Overview

Lead technical execution, engineering quality, and application architecture for core digital platforms as a hands-on full-stack engineer. Guide engineering pods in delivering scalable solutions using .NET Core, React, enterprise SQL databases, GCP, and AI capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead technical design, code reviews, and hands-on development across React and .NET Core.
• Architect microservices, micro-frontends, and API gateways for high-volume transactions.
• Lead database modeling, SQL optimization, data-layer design, and transaction management.
• Drive testing, clean architecture, design patterns, and application security practices.
• Mentor developers on full-stack techniques, code quality, and technical decisions.
• Oversee GCP deployment strategies and AI/ML integration patterns.
• Partner with architecture, product, and DevOps teams on technical roadmaps and sprint plans.

What you'll need

• 5–8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering pods or technical teams.
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, REST/gRPC services, React, TypeScript, and state management.
• Deep expertise in SQL, relational databases, data architecture, and query performance.
• Experience with GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Cloud SQL.
• Knowledge of unit testing with Mocha, Jasmine, or Jest.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent advanced degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline.
