Lead Sourcing Associate

Overview

Lead Sourcing Associate role supporting Fresh Prints in recruiting Campus Managers across universities in the United States, working on live hiring projects with a strong focus on sourcing and AI-assisted recruiting.

What you'll do

• Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
• Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines
• Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records
• Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies
• Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter
• Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process

What you'll need

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing
• Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
• Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply

Nice to have

• Prior experience in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
• Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing

Details

• Work from home (anywhere in India)
• Working hours 5 PM - 1 AM IST, Monday to Friday
• Competitive monthly stipend of $370 plus $80 night shift allowance (a total of $450 per month)
