Lead Specialist - Digital Media & Graphic Design

Overview

Lead Specialist in Digital Media & Graphic Design, creating and refining promotional and client-facing graphic materials across print and digital formats, working with stakeholders and the production team through to finished output.

What you'll do

• Conceptualize graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web graphics and Flash animation, and communicate progress with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Plan content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service to optimize the success of the finished products.
• Proof and recommend revisions of promotional materials at various stages of the approval and printing process to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Create layouts with desktop publishing software and merge with applicable copy involving brochures, applications, inserts, advertisements, reports, and posters.
• Provide approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency of finished products.
• Work with management to identify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow the workflow process on all design projects to ensure consistency of design, comply with quality standards and solve design-related problems.
• Engage clients in discussions about their needs regarding project timing, design and layout, and educate clients on best practices when working with the Digital Media & Graphic Design team.

Details

• Location: Noida - Sector 135.
• Work mode: Hybrid. Colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with office-based teams identifying one anchor day per week for full-team in-person work.
