Lead System Designer & Product Security Representative

Overview

Lead System Designer & Product Security Representative responsible for QMS compliance, secure development lifecycle governance, and release quality/security readiness for the Ethos Design System (EDS) across its component lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Own QMS-related activities across the EDS component lifecycle.
• Develop and govern required design, development, verification, and release documentation.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and signoffs for quality records to support audit readiness.
• Serve as the Product Security Representative for EDS and ensure SDL adherence.
• Coordinate security reviews, threat modeling, and security risk assessments.
• Ensure security controls, evidence, and documentation are completed before releases.
• Drive automation and monitor QMS/security compliance processes using KPIs.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulated product development.
• Strong understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.
• Experience coordinating security reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and compliance activities.
• Familiarity with design controls, traceability, audit readiness, and release governance.
• Experience in Agile Software Development concepts, tools, and practices.
• Experience using AI tools is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
