Lead System Engineer

Overview

Lead System Engineer (Power Quality) responsible for selecting, sizing, configuring, and delivering complex power quality solutions across the full project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Select, size, and configure power quality systems and related equipment (e.g., rotating stabilizer, STATCOM).
• Prepare and review technical documentation, calculations, drawings, and proposal inputs.
• Develop and review system SLD, protection SLD, and layout preparation for large projects.
• Perform system design and analysis for VSD/SFC power quality solutions for industrial and utility applications.
• Analyze customer contracts and prepare specifications to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans, and review solutions for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project/design engineering for power quality/VSD-based work.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical from a reputed college/university.
• Knowledge and application of international standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt and multitask with project/application engineers.
• Willingness to travel on short notice within the base country and overseas for assignments.
