Lead Technology Analyst - SAP Native HANA

Overview

Lead SAP Native HANA technology development for Airbus supply chain and logistics analytics applications. The role covers solution design, performance improvement, root cause analysis, code auditing, and customer engagement in an international agile team.

What you'll do

• Develop SAP Native HANA applications across their lifecycle.
• Define SAP best practices and operational golden rules.
• Perform technology root cause analysis and performance improvement.
• Audit source code and conduct development, design, and peer reviews.
• Manage changes into production and provide hypercare support.
• Explore new technologies and perform analytics proof-of-concepts.
• Engage customers on requirements and delivery.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of Native HANA development experience.
• Graduate qualification.
• Experience with HANA objects, SQL, table functions, calculation views, and database procedures.
• Knowledge of HANA performance monitoring and code versioning tools including GitHub.
• Development knowledge in PySpark, Python, SQL, and Java.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with European customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ABAP or SAPUI5.
• Experience with SAC, Qlik, Skywise, Pyspark, Python, Ontology, or Foundry.
