Learning & Development – Intern

Overview

Support the Learning & Development team in delivering programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.

What you'll do

• Assist in organizing and scheduling training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Support the L&D team in managing onboarding and transition activities for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) team.
• Help maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback using HRIS and other systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
• Assist in creating and updating learning materials and resources.
• Collaborate with other people operation teams to ensure smooth execution of development programs.

What you'll need

• Postgraduate student with a degree in HR or related field.
• Comfortable using MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to working night shift to support teams in the AMER and EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Graduate in English Honors.
• Familiarity with operational tools.
