Overview

Learning & Development Partner for the Data Engineering business. You will design and deliver learning strategies to build technical capability, leadership depth, and future-ready skills.

What you'll do

• Partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand priorities, capability gaps, and future skill needs.
• Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps for technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies.
• Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap aligned to business priorities and emerging technology trends.
• Curate role-based learning interventions for Data Engineering roles using internal SMEs and external partners.
• Support leadership development programs for technical and people leaders, including communication and people leadership skills.
• Define success metrics, review learning outcomes via feedback, and refine programs using data and evolving needs.

What you'll need

• 10–13 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Prior experience supporting Data Engineering or similar technical businesses.
• Understanding of Data Engineering roles, skills, and career progression.
• Proven experience in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing learning journeys covering technical and leadership development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create monthly learning reports and dashboards.
• Strong reporting and analytics capability.
