Learning Operations Specialist

Overview

Learning Operations Specialist in HR Shared Services, responsible for complex HR transactions, training design and delivery, and process improvement across the employment life-cycle.

What you'll do

• Perform complex transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Design and deliver training, support and guidance on specialized HR programs and processes, resolving increasingly complex issues.
• Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
• Research, compile, analyze and summarize data to create shared service presentations, training materials, reports and metrics.
• Train and cross-train the HR Shared Services team on employment life-cycle processes, and train other teams on shared services processes and programs.
• Support the HRSS team by resolving escalations and providing guidance to junior team members.
• Work with external stakeholders and multiple subject matter experts to execute HR programs and processes.
• Operate under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.

• Advanced specialized expertise within an analytical or scientific area to perform the most complex work.
• Good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives.
• Ability to exercise judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent.
• Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
