Overview
Support learning and development operations within the HR Operations training team as a Learning Operations Specialist. The role focuses on coordinating training sessions, managing the Learning Management System, and supporting classroom and new-joiner training.
What you'll do
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
- Create new solutions by leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Apply the strategic direction set by senior management to team goals.
- Interact with peers and management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
- Manage small teams and or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
- Work as part of the HR Operations training team reporting into the Training Lead.
- Support classroom training sessions as required by the training schedule, including pre-process training sessions for new joiners.
- Receive and evaluate training requests, requesting follow-up information from the requestor where appropriate.
- Maintain a training schedule and calendar for all vendor training sessions conducted by the central training team.
- Coordinate training scheduling based on trainer availability and Operational demand, including Train the Trainer sessions.
- Work closely with the Training Team Lead on session alignment.
- Manage the Learning Management System for the central training team and create all requested sessions in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Operations stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure all sessions are coordinated and have appropriate attendees.
- Use training durations based on topic, level of training, and lesson plan coordination to schedule the appropriate session duration.
What you'll need
- Any Graduation.
- 7 to 11 years of experience.
- Primary skill in Training Environment Strategy.
- Understanding of the learning & development management space.

- The role may require rotational shifts.
- Primary upward interaction is with the direct supervisor.
- Guidance is provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
