Overview

Lead the Financial and Regulatory Reporting function within Mumbai as a Legal Entity Controller Lead (Executive Director) for Finance.

What you'll do

• Lead the Financial and Regulatory Reporting function within Mumbai for Legal Entity External Reporting Controllers.
• Act as the local point person for reporting team logistics and dependencies in Mumbai (e.g., seats, hiring/onboarding/training, parallel run, dual operations).
• Ensure timely production of legal entity reporting for senior management presentations with compliance to the reporting control framework and relevant requirements.
• Agree and comply with Service Level Agreement requirements for services to supported Legal Entity Management teams.
• Lead transformation efforts including automation using digital tools and AI, and drive process improvement.
• Participate in development of the Legal Entity Controller function by identifying process improvement opportunities and responding to new external reporting requirements.
• Maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships through the local management team.

What you'll need

• Be responsible for timely production and compliance of legal entity reporting for senior management.
• Work with service levels set out in Service Level Agreements for reporting services.
• Lead transformation initiatives using automation, digital tools, and AI/process improvement.
• Manage logistical dependencies related to the reporting team in Mumbai (e.g., hiring/onboarding/training and operational setup).
• Ensure compliance with relevant reporting control framework, client requirements, and internal policy.
