Job description
Overview
A 6-month contract role as a Legal Operations Analyst in Hyderabad, focused on optimizing the legal department's efficiency, technology stack, vendor management, internal workflows, administrative processes, data analytics and cross-functional projects.
What you'll do
- Implement, maintain and optimize CLMs (Contract Lifecycle Management).
- Standardize end-to-end legal workflows to shorten contract cycles and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a self-service legal repository, templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal legal wikis.
- Evaluate emerging legal technologies and AI tools to continuously modernize department operations.
What you'll need
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Experience in using DocuSign, Box or any other related software.
