Overview
As an LLM - Engineer - Senior Associate, you will design and develop data and analytics solutions that turn large datasets into actionable insights and support data-driven decision making within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice.
What you'll do
- Analyze complex data science problems and translate business questions into modeling and analysis workstreams.
- Develop exploratory and descriptive analyses to surface patterns, trends, and actionable insights from large datasets.
- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and natural language processing methods to support data-driven decisions.
- Build data visualizations and clear summaries that communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Use AI tools, programming languages, and digital tooling to develop, test, and refine analytic solutions.
- Review data quality, feature design, and model outputs to validate accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business context, clarify priorities, and shape analytic approaches.
- Mentor junior team members by reviewing work products, sharing methods, and guiding task execution.
- Interpret feedback and changing requirements to refine analyses, deliverables, and technical approaches.
- Maintain professional and technical standards while supporting client service engagements and broader project objectives.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- At least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Systems Engineering.
- AI fluency and experience applying machine learning methods to client solutions.
- Ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Ability to use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
