Overview

Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation, improving model relevance and performance for enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Fine-tune and adapt Large Language Models for specific contexts.
• Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes.
• Conduct model performance assessments and recommend improvements.
• Lead AI-driven solution design using Generative and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members in model development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 15 years of full-time education.
