Overview

Develop and adapt large language models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve relevance and performance in specific contexts.

What you'll do

• Fine-tune language models for specific instructions and domains.
• Monitor and analyze model performance metrics.
• Evaluate model outputs and implement iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production.
• Document methodologies and findings for team knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with large language models.
• Proficiency in large language models.
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks.
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and domain adaptation strategies.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
• 15 years of full-time education.
