Logistics Analyst Intern

Overview

Logistics Analyst Summer Intern supporting the Logistics Center of Excellence team with transportation and warehousing strategy through data analysis, procurement event support, scenario modeling, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support development and facilitation of global transportation and warehousing RFPs.
• Validate procurement event inputs/outputs (lane data, volume assumptions, requirements, rate structures, awards).
• Manage procurement data and requirements templates across regional stakeholders.
• Pressure test procurement event results to verify accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
• Analyze impacts of off-cycle logistics changes and develop alternative scenarios.
• Create AI-enabled tools/reports and dashboards to improve visibility and value capture.
• Leverage site visits and collaborate with stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain, logistics, analytics, finance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets and actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with Power BI/Power Query and tools like Python or SQL.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools for supply chain/logistics decisions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities.
