Overview

Undergrad Intern – Finance (Summer 2027) for a 10–13 week program partnering with Amgen finance leaders on mission-driven projects.

What you'll do

• Partner with finance leaders on a meaningful project tied to strategic and tactical goals.
• Build technical and financial skills and prepare a presentation for the finance organization.
• Gain understanding of a functional finance team and how it contributes to Amgen.
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary case study competition covering operations, sales and marketing, and forecasting.
• Use data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve financial analysis and decision-making.
• Work with financial and operational data to identify trends, develop insights, and communicate recommendations.
• Meet with executives and senior leaders through regular meetings, networking, and career events.

What you'll need

• Expected to complete one year of study from an accredited college or university before the internship starts.
• Must be enrolled and remain enrolled in an accredited college or university during the internship.
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule during the internship.
• Must be 18 years or older and enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s program with a 3.0 minimum GPA (or equivalent).
• Must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.
• Must demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.

• Work location: United States (Remote).
• Program length: 10–13 weeks.
• Base pay in the U.S.: $28.87 per hour.
