Logistics Coordinator

Overview

Logistics Coordinator responsible for reviewing customer orders, sourcing decisions, and updating work orders to manage schedules for the field.

What you'll do

• Review customer orders and make sourcing decisions based on business rules and conditions.
• Provide information such as order status and part number details to internal and external customers.
• Update work orders with time-sensitive information to support optimized field schedules.
• Handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Perform duties for countries across the globe when requested.

What you'll need

• Flexible schedule with ability to work various shifts.
• Call Center, Field Service Center, Customer Service, Service Parts, and/or transactional contact center experience preferred.
• P.C. literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications required.
• Ability to understand and communicate customer service and service parts principles from NCR-GSP policies and procedures.
• Listening and responsiveness to non-technical and technical communications via telephone or electronic mediums.
• Written communication skills to respond to emails and accurately fill out forms/system input.
