Overview

Sales Support Specialist responsible for supporting sales administration and transactional activities for a small customer portfolio.

What you'll do

• Support sales administration and transactional activities related to sales.
• Manage email communications and internal customer/stakeholder cases.
• Respond to customers in line with business requirements.
• Analyze segments to sustain volumes and identify opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer and segment needs.
• Analyze customer feedback from multiple channels and implement improvement solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in systems.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of front line sales experience in the shipping industry.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Education requirement: Any graduate.
