Overview

Machine Learning Engineer for Netflix’s Ads Signals & Targeting team, building ML systems for identity resolution and audience targeting for ads while upholding privacy.

What you'll do

• Build end-to-end ML model deployment and inference infrastructure for low-latency real-time ad systems.
• Develop ML models for ads targeting and lookalike expansion.
• Design and build user and contextual signals and audience targeting features for ad platforms.
• Collaborate with science, product, engineering, operations, design, and research stakeholders to productionize and deploy models at scale.
• Work with large-volume data pipelines using big data tools like Spark.

What you'll need

• Experience deploying and running ML inference for low-latency real-time ad systems.
• Experience building ML models for ads targeting and lookalike expansion.
• Professional experience designing and building user/contextual signals for ad audience targeting.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Scala with understanding of multi-threading and memory management.
• Experience handling extremely large volumes of data using tools like Spark.
