Overview

Senior Advisor for Machine Learning within Evernorth’s AI-native R&D team in India, focused on building clinical and claims AI products that turn data into near-real-time, trustworthy insights.

What you'll do

• Build systems to identify key trends in large healthcare datasets in near-real-time.
• Develop tools for clinical teams to prioritize actionable signals from messy clinical data.
• Work on anomaly detection, causal reasoning, and natural language synthesis.
• Create and ship rapid prototypes that support leadership decision-making.
• Build AI-augmented workflows to reduce overhead and accelerate research.
• Develop agent infrastructure to connect enterprise data to AI tools.

What you'll need

• Have 10+ years of experience across software engineering, product management, and AI/digital product development.
• Be able to work as a full-stack engineer across frontend, backend, APIs, data layers, and cloud-native systems (preferred prior experience).
• Have demonstrated success building and scaling AI-enabled/data-driven products in production.
• Have hands-on experience with AI experimentation (hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, pilots/POCs, and outcome measurement).
• Have practical experience with GenAI and agentic AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails).
• Have education including a Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or related); Master’s is preferred.
• Work with AI tools as part of the daily development workflow.
