Maintenance & Engineering Executive

Overview

Maintenance & Engineering Executive role focused on property operations and project support in a commercial setup.

What you'll do

• Work with site managers to deliver property management services.
• Create road maps to smooth daily operations at designated sites.
• Help managers ensure project success by preparing safe and efficient operating environments in a commercial MCST building.
• Keep operating system licenses updated.
• Perform routine checks on common M&E services against the approved schedule and conditions.
• Verify and settle term contract fees and ad hoc invoices by deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors to complete repairs and maintenance to timelines and standards.

What you'll need

• At least three to five years of commercial property management experience.
• Prefer exposure to commercial operation management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to clearly communicate with people at different levels.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling complex problems professionally under pressure.
• Engineering graduate; 5 years of MEP experience is more desirable.
