Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for Work Dynamics, supporting technical facility operations across three buildings at Powai, Mumbai. Responsible for ensuring reliable, safe, compliant operation of site systems during shifts.

What you'll do

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors to ensure statutory and contract requirements are met.
• Maintain equipment/asset and service request logs and complete daily/weekly reports for management updates.
• Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly to minimize downtime and client disruption.
• Enforce health, safety, statutory, and crisis management procedures for self and contractor teams.
• Conduct site rounds, flag risks, and implement risk mitigation and energy conservation measures.
• Train junior staff and service teams on technical and safety procedures.

What you'll need

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years, or BE/BTech with 3+ years technical FM experience.
• Technical expertise in facilities/engineering operations, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Good reporting, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and FM tools.
• Willingness to work shifts.
