What you'll do

• Lead execution of outsourced processes, including client/customer interaction, data review, and quality control implementation.
• Manage and resolve escalations and queries to maintain service excellence.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in managed services.
• Validate outcomes with clients and enhance service delivery using client feedback.
• Review and verify financial documents to validate compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee quality assurance process design, evaluation, and quality control to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Direct teams through complex situations and coach team growth.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
