Managed Services - Treasury Finance - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead treasury finance service delivery work within the Assurance practice, overseeing outsourced treasury finance processes, supporting client operations and quality controls, and guiding a team to deliver consistent, process-driven results.

What you'll do

• Lead treasury accounting and reporting operations, ensuring accurate month-end close, reconciliations, US GAAP financial statements, audit support, and governance across Treasury processes.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, focusing on training, mentoring, KPI monitoring, stakeholder management, error reduction, process improvement, and delivery under tight deadlines.
• Lead managed services treasury finance client delivery.
• Craft clear, impactful messages for varied stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying opportunities.
• Coach teams through ambiguity and complex situations.
• Validate outcomes with clients and adapt approaches.
• Deepen treasury finance knowledge and technical skills.
• Model professional standards and independence requirements.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10-12 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC disclosures.
• Knowledge of Treasury products.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• 7+ years in Big 4 audit.
• CPA/CFA/CA qualification.
